WHAT IS ACCOR

AccorHotels is an international hotel group based in France. Over 3,700 hotels belong to the group.

The group's origins date back to 1967, when Paul Dubrule and Gérard Pélisson founded Société d'Investissement et d'Exploitation Hôteliers (SIEH) and opened the first Novotel near Lille, France. In 1983, the network was renamed the Accor Group.

In Poland, Accor hotels are managed by Orbis. They are: Sofitel, Mercure, Novotel, Ibis, Ibis Styles, Ibis Budget.

WHAT WAS OUR TASK

Design and comprehensive implementation of the A La Carte restaurant.

SOLUTION

Gastro Economy experts selected high-quality, modern and energy-saving equipment for the cuisine of the IBIS Styles Kraków East Hotel restaurant, which ensures efficient operation of the hotel restaurant. The kitchen was made of individually designed stainless steel furniture by Dora Metal, and equipped with the highest-class heating equipment by MKN. Combi steamers, a heating island based on MKN induction hobs, deep fryers and a direct frying plate. The whole was completed by Rilling refrigeration. The bar was made in an individual development system supplemented with Liebherr undercounter cooling solutions - coffee quality is ensured by Faema and WMF coffee machines.
