WHAT IS OLIMP
Olimp is part of the Gastromall Group. It is the leader of the Cracow Gastronomy Cluster. Their brands are: Olimp Restaurants, City Break, Polski Stół and many others.
It runs over 120 restaurants in the most prestigious office centers and shopping malls in Poland. As many as 70% of them are franchise restaurants. Focused on expansion, each year Gastromall Group opens from a dozen to several dozen restaurants per year.

SOLUTION
We have designed and equipped another facility of the Olimp chain. As usual, the professional approach of the Investor to the aspect of equipment resulted in the opening of one of the most beautiful restaurants of this franchise. The facility was equipped with a Dora Metal serving line, MagicPilot combi steamers, a Lotus thermal line, top-class stainless steel furniture and many other solutions guaranteed to create a modern place with delicious cuisine!
