PROJECT SERVICES

Each project is made on the client's individual request, taking into account:

  •  type of gastronomy activity
  •  the size and nature of the premises
  •  applicable sanitary and hygienic regulations
  •  health and safety rules and basic HACCP guidelines

Our projects have all the required approvals (Sanepid, OHS and possibly fire protection).

In the technical and technological project, apart from the selection and placement of equipment, there are also:

  •  guidelines for the architectural and construction project;
  •  dimensions of the rooms necessary to install the proposed equipment (reconstruction project);
  •  connection drawings - guidelines for industry designs - i.e. data on the required plumbing, electricity, gas and ventilation connections, which precisely define where the connections must be located to enable proper connection and proper functioning of the devices.

Our team is a group of specialists characterized by:

  • many years of experience in designing catering establishments (since 1996);
  • thorough and reliable knowledge of the construction and operation of the offered devices - graduates of numerous product and service trainings.

The Gastro Economy Projects and Consultations offers technology projects for new and modernized facilities, taking into account:

  • various variants of technological solutions
  • all required approvals: Sanepid, OHS and fire protection (on request)
  • installation guidelines for other design industries
  • taking care of the client's investment from the idea phase to the start of gastronomic activity

At the client's request, we develop technological concepts for new and modernized facilities:

  • development of a technology project - drawings of various variants
  • selection of equipment and a proposal for its arrangement
  • initial cost estimate

THE TECHNOLOGICAL CONCEPT IS THE BASIS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE TECHNOLOGY PROJECT

Our team is also at your disposal in the field of consultations, advice, inventory of the premises and local inspections before making the investor's decision to buy or rent a place or to start a gastronomy business.
